| Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project This project is studying how to improve the ability of people to move in the highly congested east-west corridor between Kapolei and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Over sixty percent of Oahu’s population currently lives within the area served by this corridor. In partnership with Honolulu Transit and consultant lead PB Americas, Inc., the CMART team is applying the tool to manage scoping comments. |
